Pairing curry pizza with Nene Sparkling sake

It’s a chilly evening, and I’m having my favorite Curry pizza for dinner. I’m pairing it with Nene Sparkling saké from Sakai Shuzo. A decadent scent of whipped cream and steamed white rice on the nose. There are hints of stone fruits and white flowers wrapped in fine bubbles on the palate. It tastes like Spring in a glass!
