Kikusui Junmai Ginjo and Creamy Coconut Curry

Kikusui Junmai Ginjo is my go-to sake. It pairs beautifully with the Creamy Chickpea Coconut Curry. The sake’s hint of citrus balances out the coconut milk in the curry. I’m soaking up the creamy deliciousness with soft Kalamata Olive Pugliese bread. Happy Almost Friday!
