Fun Fact: According to the local lore, Yuki Otoko (Yeti) helps travelers with their gears and guide them through mountain trails. Hence, the brewer, Aoki Shuzo, supports the legend by donating parts of their proceeds to local rescue efforts.
Yuki Otoko Sake is dry and with a smooth mouthfeel. It offers delicate aromas on the nose and a subtle rice flavors on the palate. It paired well with Chili as it rounded out the spices without hindering the Chili flavors.
