Average Sake utilizes rice that has been milled down 50 to 70%, but for this special, award-winning Sake, the rice has been milled down to a mere 23% of its original size! That fact alone makes this a very unique Sake for sure.

The nose reminds me of walking through a meadow of wild flowers, with a delicate touch of honey-like nectar sweetness in the air. On the palate, the texture is surprisingly luxurious and clean, with a presence of white nectarine and minerals. Mild sweetness on the tongue dissolves and vanishes like a misty dream. This Sake should be drank chilled to fully enjoy all the subtle flavor profiles.
