Kaiun, Junmai Ginjo

For those who wants to try Sake for the first time, I would recommend this Sake, for flavor profile resembles closely to high-end, dry white wine.

On the nose, there are apple, pear, and fruity nectar presence, but the decadent texture on the palate is to die for with hints of melon, banana, and a touch of earthy! Yet this Sake tastes very dry. This Sake paired wonderfully with mixture of light foods such as: Kale Salad, Pâté Maison, Black Truffle Butter, Black Garlic, and White Wine Salami.

Brewed and bottled in Chubu region, this Sake is created utilizing pure water taken from Taka Tenjin Jyo Spring. Best served chilled, but it can also be served at room temperature to bring out the creamy mouthfeel on palate.
